Turning New Economic Points Along Sumatra Island  Good morning. Towards the end of 2019, the construction of the Trans Sumatra toll road will continue. The total length is 2,974 kilometers, dividing the island of Sumatra from Lampung to Aceh, and is targeted to be completed in 2024.


Until the end of 2019, the Trans Sumatra Toll Road operating is 501.16 kilometers!
The completed and passable sections are Bakauheni - Terbanggi Besar 141 kilometers, Terbanggi Besar - Baked Pematang - Agung Wood along 189 kilometers, Palembang - Indralaya 22 kilometers, Medan - Binjai 10.46 kilometers, Medan - Kualanamu - Tebing Tinggi 62 , 2 kilometers and Belawan - Medan - Tanjung Morawa 43 kilometers. And which will soon be operational this December will be the 33.5 kilometer Kayu Agung-Jakabaring.

This toll road will cut travel times between regions and facilitate the flow of goods distribution from industrial centers to various regions in Sumatra, and revive new economic points along the island of Sumatra.
