For the Sake of Pancasila Values That Reach Young
People Good morning.
Pancasila is the ideology of our country that has survived amidst the waves of
other ideologies that are trying to shift it.
What is
important now is to instill the values of the Pancasila especially to young
people, who make up 48 percent or 129 million of the entire Indonesian
population. If you don't understand ideology, don't understand Pancasila, this
big country is at stake.
For this reason,
at the presidential lecture in Jakarta yesterday I encouraged BPIP to utilize
all the communication mediums favored by young people for internalization and
the introducing of Pancasila. Take advantage of the WhatsApp, Telegram, Line, to
Kakao Talk applications. Use YouTube video services, Netflix, to Iflix. Browse
social media Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, to Snapchat.
We are flooded
with big narratives about Pancasila so as not to be overtaken by other
ideologies that also enter through the medium of communication. We also present
Pancasila through three things that are most favored by young people, namely
sports, music, and film.
It doesn't
matter if we brings it to Didi Kempot, leave with sad boy and sad girl, be part of
"ambyar's best friend", or put a sentence on the lyric song of “Pamer Bojo”.. It's okay, for the sake of Pancasila values that reach the widest
possible generation of young people.
